NEW ZEALAND- Standard Shipping within New Zealand is FREE
- We use New Zealand Post. Please have your delivery sent to an accessible address. We’ve found using a work address to be the best. We do not ship to PO BOX numbers.
AUSTRALIA
- Shipping to Australia is free with any purchase over $250. If under $250, shipping will be a flat rate of $20.00.
USA / UNITED KINGDOM / EUROPE
- Shipping is free with any purchase over $499. If under $499, shipping will be NZ$40.00.
ASIA / PACIFIC
- Shipping is free with any purchase over $499. If under $499, shipping will be NZ$40.00.
For our international shipping we use EMS and TNT. This is to ensure that you get the best international shipping rates possible. Please allow 4 - 6 working days for your international purchases; however, this does not include the time for customs. Chalk Shorts has no control over any customs charges that could be applied to your package when it reaches your destination. If there are any charges, you will be responsible for their payment.
Please be aware that all the prices listed above cover most purchases. However, for large items or large purchases we have the right to charge extra for shipping so it fits accordingly.
All purchases made on the weekend or public holidays will be sent out on the next working day.
Returns
Before purchasing your item, please carefully read our sizing guide to figure out your size. If you have any queries please don’t hesitate to contact us.
If you do purchase something and upon receiving it doesn’t fit right you can return it for a refund, or exchange it for something else. Chalk Shorts is happy to refund or exchange your order, but this must be done within 14 days of your receipt. Please note; for a refund you would have to cover the cost of shipping the item back to Chalk Shorts. The same goes for exchanging an item, however, we’ll send your new item to you free of charge. The item returned must be in perfect condition, with all the original tags and all that in order for us to refund you or exchange the item.
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Follow the below step guide on how to return or exchange your purchase.
1. Before an item is returned you must email Tori@chalkthebrand.co.nz and point out what the item is that you wish to return and why you are returning it.
2. Chalk Shorts will then give you the details for sending the product back.
3. You must then pay to send the item back to Chalk Shorts. This must be done by using Track n Trace, as the item is your responsibility until it arrives back at Chalk Shorts. The item must be in perfect condition with the original tags attached, and include your filled out return form.
4. Once Chalk Shorts receives the item back, we will either refund you or send you your new item.
